LAYSHA is a 4 member girl group under JS ENTERTAINMENT. They are Chae Jin, Som, Hyeri, And GoEun. They released their first digital single “Turn Up The Music” on June 13th, 2015. They are the sister group to label mates BAMBINO.

Pre-debut[edit]
Bambino created their official Facebook on the 12th of September 2014 with a teaser picture of the four members and they started promoting themselves as a dance group under the name Bambino. They started performing at high schools and universities, dancing to songs such as Redfoo’s “New Thang”, EXID’s “Up&Down”, and Mark Ronson’s “Uptown Funk”. Member Eunsol, in particular, has started to gain much attention and is called “the second Hani”, because several fan-taken videos of her have garnered over a million views.

2015: Debut with Oppa, Oppa[edit]
On the 5th of June through their official Facebook, Bambino started to post teaser pictures announcing that they would have their debut on June with the single Oppa, Oppa. Bambino debuted with the single ‘Oppa, Oppa’ on the 23rd of June and held their showcase on the 27 at a venue in Dongdaemun, Seoul.[1][2] Bambino were nicknamed ‘Fancam Goddesses’ for the fancams taken by fans.[3]

The group made a 360 VR video of their dance performance that, as of now, has 8 million views and 27,000 likes.[4]

Controversies[edit]
In August 2015, during a performance at a high school festival, member Hadam was heavily criticized for wearing shorts that displayed her panties and lack of dance briefs.[5]
